We ship our products thru third party couriers, namely, DHL, EMS, Japan Post, or Pabitbit.

Shipping takes 2-3weeks, depending on the shipping option you will choose.  A longer ETA may be expected due to current protocols and Covid restrictions.

Please understand that we use third party couriers and that we have no control over any delay caused by bad weather, holidays, and other unforseen events.

SAGAWA EXPRESS - shipping fee will vary from its size and location.

EMS – shipping fee starts from ¥2,000 depending on the recipient’s location and box sizes.

PABITBIT or PASABAY – minimum fees from ¥1,800 depending on the item, size and weight. ( Electronic devices such as Ipad, Phones, Game softwares, Branded Bags will have separated fee).

DHL - shipping fee starts from Php 1,800.00 depending on the recipient’s location

Local courier fee will vary based on the item size and will be shouldered by the buyer.(Lalamove, Grab, LBC, J&T)
